*dusts off this blog* so, i’ll probably be revisiting this blog soon because i’m working on a video for it!

it’s more of an introduction video to the basic plot— many details will have to be worked out in depth for the actual storyline but it should please you to know progress is being made :)

i also finally designed rainwaters and his immediate family as well, and i may do allegiance adjustments (the most notable being moonclaw and mudfang’s roles)

I don't think you're copying fridaystar!! I follow them too and I think your art styles are different enough!!! also there's nothing wrong w inspiration tbh? there is when it borders on copying or tracing but you're doing neither so I think yr good!

Are you copying fridaystar? or use her as inspiration?? Your style is very similar to hers (ie, the ears, the eyes, the feet, the poses you use, and a lot more.

im working to figure out my style and fridaystar’s definitely inspiration. right now i think ive managed to stray enough but im still working on it

Moonclaw, deputy of ShadowClan.

Born to Blackfeather and Lizardtail, Moonkit and his brother Poisonkit were adored by their parents. The two were inseparable until apprenticehood, as Moonpaw’s mentor taught him to always put ShadowClan’s needs first.

His first friend was Mudpaw and they called themselves eachother’s ‘competiton’ for deputyship. Once Antstar rose to power, she chose Mudfang as her first deputy until he proved himself unfit for the position, replacing him with Moonclaw. This caused a rift in their relationship.

Moonclaw hadn’t spoken to Poisonberry much until he needed an advocate to let him bring his illegitimate daughter Frostkit into ShadowClan. His stoic face softened when he saw her, feeling pity for his brother and niece. Moonclaw was Poisonberry’s first ally, convincing Antstar soon after.

He worries about what Mudfang will do, given the way he stares angrily when unoccupied. Moonclaw keeps quiet about this.

Hazestar, leader of WindClan

Hazestar lived a rather average life. Living parents, siblings, normal apprenticeship, proved a trustworthy warrior and leader.

Even with this, she still kept something inside. Only getting a peep at gatherings, she'd caught sight of Antspeckle some moons before the ShadowClan deputy became leader.

As Hazestar lives a normal life within WindClan, her inner turmoils boil to a scalding temperature. She's formed a close bond with her medicine cat Fennelthroat, trusting her more than her own deputy. It's a secret kept between them.

Being on the opposite side of the lake, Hazestar can't make excuses to see Antstar. She finds this as a relief so she doesn't make a fool of herself and would rather focus on cats within her own clan if she were to fall in love.

Swiftstar, leader of SkyClan

Born to kittypets, Benny was a crosseyed kitten. His owners were worried about if he was ever able to fit in with his littermates. However, one fateful night labeled him as lost until a SkyClan patrol found the little kitten.

Having no clue how far his home was, he was brought in almost immediately and named Swiftkit, given to Duchess as a foster kitten. He was raised alongside her own kits Cloudkit, Sharpkit, and Rubblekit.

He and Cloudkit were rather close as they both had a 'setback', her being deaf and him being crosseyed. Despite this, they were apprenticed with their siblings and trained hard and long in order to catch up.

He was named Swiftgaze, and she Cloudfoot, and they were praised warmly by Sharpsong and Rubblestrike.

Due to his resillience and never-give-up attitude, he was a popular tom and was often put in charge of things. When the time came, he was made deputy as he had proven he was responsible and trustworthy.

Now he is Swiftstar, choosing former stray Rainwaters as his deputy.
