been wanting to try 16 color palette limit in pc 98 style (or limitation). Still idk how to bypass the limit even with dithering. Like I know cel animes back then have even more limited color, but 16 is even more tight lul

I stole a random pc 98 game palette and blue was the dominant color, so much that pure yellow blond/gold color gets the worst in here

tbh it looked wayyyyyy better on the night color palette on 2nd pic. Pc98 is really great when it comes to atmospheric shots blended with the BG instead of vibrant colorful bright stuff

The lineart kind of sucks. I know it wasn't meant to be """"pure""""" pc 98 but I don't have a pc98 scanner and the multipaint system on my laptop, country boys make do (with aseprite)
