Everything Sucks (OP)
The boy seemed to be in pain, mumbling to himself and clenching his head, but once his eyes opened to see Yui he suddenly froze. Uh oh, did he hit his head too too hard?!
“A-Ah! I’m perfectly fine! In tip top shape!”
“Doesn’t look like it.”
Suddenly the male slunk from underneath the brunette, standing and patting himself down to show he really was alright. Curious, Yui stood and tilted her head to the side, Well, there was a rather large bump on the back of the teens head. How curious, how curious…
She wanted to poke it.
Trying to be inconspicuous, the older teen quietly stepped around the blue-eyed boy, quickly bringing up her arm and poking the welt that had swelled from the high fall quite hard.
“Touched it!!” She claimed victoriously.
Victory was so sweet.
Looks like this crowd was harder to please than the ones he was used to. Oh wait he had never been the center of any kind of good attention, nor had a crowd to enjoy his presence. Well, everyone always had to start somewhere. He might as well start with one and work his way up from there.
Instead of trying to convince her that he was fine after crashing to the ground he would prefer to impress her with his reffing skills.
"A-A fall like that is nothing to someone like me!"
The strong act would start now. His stance growing wider as he beat a fist lightly against his chest. A little lighter next time might be for the best, that was painful.
"In fact I've done way more dangerous things and survived falls that you couldn't even imagine seeing someone do. Like just the other day I--"
So wrapped up in his attempted impressing was Renton that he didn't notice his target audience had been moving around him. Her concern had been true but her real goal for getting close to him was made apparent with the gab to his head.
The pain being too much for the youth to hide. His hands clutching desperately at the source of impact, body bending over slightly.
"What did you do that for?!"
