A typical Belgian starter: ‘Soup of asparagus’.
Behind a good restaurant stands a strong crew. Behold the people behind skyline dinner.
- Robin Van Duyse: The owner of our restaurant started his big dream about 21 years ago. When he had finished his chefs training, he immediately started working at “Hof Van Cleve” and after 3 years he started his own restaurant, Skyline dinner. After his restaurant became famous, he hired a chef so he would be able to manage the business side.
- Gerben Michiels: The worthy successor of mister Van Duyse. He has been there since 1999, a loyal employee. He is a fullblood Belgian and his specialities are typical Belgian dishes.
- Jeroen De Witte: From when he was born. It was clear that he would become a whine waiter, because his taste and his sense of smell were excellent. He followed an education at Spermali. When he graduated he immediately started working at Skyline dinner due to his talent. Nothing has changed in the past 10 years. His collaboration with the chef is very good. They combine their skills to get the best out of the meals.
- Jasper Rumes: Jasper started working here as a student worker, helping us out with the dishes. He seemed to have a lot of talent, so we promoted him to sous chef. The collaboration between Jasper and Gerben is truly amazing.
- Martin: Martin is the head of the hall staff. He is a born leader and has an eye for the smallest detail. Besides that he has got 20 years of experience. He worked his way up to the top.
25/03 and 26/03 we will serve our delicious Belgian meals in the hot Las Vegas.
11/03 and 12/03 we will be serving our typical Belgian dishes in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
