This afternoon I cleansed my aching heart in the drizzle, driving through hanging bows of orange and red flowing from the mountains to the churning Delaware. I could just dissolve into the beauty of my beloved Bucks County, even in the rain. Even in the dark. I thought about the love growing foolishly and ceaselessly in my buzzing chest. I'm not afraid; the future is not tainted. I want to love and be loved in spite of it all.
