algorithms are so dangerous, i just went through a depression pipeline on tiktok. started with breakups, therapist talks, then it got sad like tiktoks about being hurt and sad.. then i got one about wanting to relapse and self ha r m. i had to stop and leave the app. what the actual heck. it makes me so concerned how fast it got to that point, i can't imagine being a teenager getting fed those tiktoks- truly concerned because the only thing stopping me from relapsing is my fully developed cortex, and i know the teens don't have that.

don't know if anyone will see this but you do matter and im glad you are here. take up space :)
