Zygarde couldn’t help but blink a few times. So she was looking for her specifically? How curious. “Mutual friend?” She asked, soon knowing who she was talking about once she mentioned Hoenn. “Rayquaza? He mentioned me?” For some reason, Zygarde was a bit surprised knowing that he talked about her to other people. It gave her an odd feeling.
“Yes, we should be safe here…” She agreed, noting that her footsteps made no noise. “Trainers do not ever venture back here, so we should not have anything to worry about.” She felt a bit awkward, since this girl knew who she was right off the bat. “So… you know who I am, but I do not know who you are. I apologize; what is your name?” Zygarde asked.
“Yes! It was really surprising because Ray seems so hard to approach and no one thinks he’s the type to reach out to others, so as a friend, I’m reaaaaally glad that he did--in a different region, no less!”
She paused in front of Zygarde, noting that the other looked to be about the same age given their human guises--though Latias knew that she was more than likely younger than the other, just as it was with the vast majority of other Legendaries.
“Oh, that’s right, I’m Latias--though since there’s a lot of other Latias out there, I usually go by Evelina!” she trilled, a beam present on her face as she introduced herself to Zygarde. “And Ray has told me that you’re Zygarde, though do you go by any other name?”
