âYou knew what I meant.â He waved a hand around, some what of a smile spreading over his features at Sladeâs next words. âSo being stuck with me wasnât exactly horrible, hm? My ex-wife used to say I drove her crazy, so I drove her off of a cliff, literally.â There was truth behind his words, but he shrugged his shoulders. âNow you gonna stop pissing people off so you donât end up behind bars with me again?â
âYou probably should drive me crazy.â He admitted, âHell, maybe you are driving me crazy - just in the way that means I can spend time with you without noticing that Iâm going crazy.â This seemed to be hovering far too close to actual feelings. Slade avoided going too far into it but he knew that for whatever reason, he did enjoy being around the other omega. He didnât seem shocked or bothered by Ethanâs casual revelation of driving his ex-wife off a cliff. âGuess so. Iâd much rather have you out here with me, than sit in the fucking cells for a week.â
