This is a sample slave contract I wrote up to better define what I want out of a slave. Some provisions would need to be specifically negotiated between the parties.
This contract sets forth parameters regarding the relationship between Party A, “<name>”, and Party B, “<name>”. Party A shall herein be referred to as “Master” or “the Master”; Party B shall herein be referred to as “slave” or “the slave”. Each Party shall abide by the terms of this contract to the best of their ability. Where one or more parties has a dispute concerning a matter governed by this contract, they shall first resolve such dispute(s) according to the terms of this contract.
1.0 Declaration of Consent
By signing this contract and acting in accordance with its terms, each Party provides affirmative consent to all other actions, including actions taken against them, that are:
a. in accordance with the terms of this contract; and
b. conducted with the intent to fulfill the terms of this contract.
By signing this contract and acting in accordance with its terms, the slave provides affirmative consent to physical contacts by other parties that would objectively be considered non-consensual.
The slave must, at all times, refer to the Master as “Sir” or “Master.”
The slave must, at all times, act toward the Master with respect and humility.
The slave must not speak unless he is spoken to.
The slave may only speak sua sponte to ask the Master for his permission to carry out a specified act.
If provisions of this contract come into conflict with one another, the Master shall decide which provision supersedes the other.
To the best of his ability, the slave must carry out any command that the Master gives him.
When given a command, the slave must promptly reply with “yes Sir” or “no Sir.”
The slave shall defer at all times to the judgment of the Master.
Upon providing notice, the Master may, at any time, place the slave in the possession of a bailee. In such situations, the slave shall execute the terms of Secs. 1.2, 6.0, and 6.1 as if such bailee were the Master. The duration of such an arrangement may be indefinite.
If any part of this contract is declared unenforceable or invalid, the remainder will continue to be valid and enforceable.
2.0 Forfeiture of Human Rights
The slave forfeits the human rights contained in this section. The Master may, at any time, permit the slave to exercise any of these, or other, rights for a limited duration.
2.1 Waiver of Right to Self-Determination and Liberty
The slave forfeits his right to self-determination. This includes the ability to make his own decisions.
The slave forfeits his right to liberty. At all times, the slave shall be governed by the Master as the Master’s personal property.
2.2 Waiver of Right to Privacy
The slave forfeits his right to privacy. The slave may not intentionally conceal or withhold information from the Master.
The slave will not be permitted his own quarters.
2.3 Waiver of Right to Property
The slave forfeits his right to property. The slave may only assert temporary possession over physical objects pursuant to the Master’s command and/or consent. Under no circumstances may the slave be the true owner of a physical object.
2.4 Waiver of Freedom of Movement
The slave forfeits his freedom of movement. At all times, the slave must conduct himself pursuant to the Master’s command(s). The Master may designate a specific area where the slave must rest when awaiting instructions.
2.5 Waiver of Legal Rights
The slave forfeits his right to seek any and all legal remedies against the Master for any actions taken pursuant to this contract.
2.6 Express Right to Safety and Security
The Master shall, at all times, ensure that the slave is both safe and secure. This includes providing a safe and secure living arrangement for the slave.
At no time may the Master knowingly expose the slave to acts or situations that have a reasonable likelihood of placing his health at serious risk.
The slave retains the right to object to participating in acts or situations that have a reasonable likelihood of placing his health at serious risk. The Master may not overrule such an objection.
This section sets forth specific restrictions that shall apply to the slave at all times.
3.1 Financials and Domicile
The Master may require the slave to surrender his income into a separate account that the slave will have restricted access to. At such time, the terms of that arrangement shall be decided by the Master.
The slave may only spend money with the express consent of the Master.
The slave must, at all times, maintain domicile with the Master.
The Master may require the slave to obtain the Master’s permission before leaving the premises.
The Master may require the slave to wear and maintain a uniform on a daily basis. The slave must treat this uniform with extreme care.
At all other times, the slave must be fully nude.
The Master may require the slave to maintain chastity. This may or may not include a physical chastity device. Under such circumstances, the slave may not pursue sexual gratification in any form.
The slave may only ejaculate once he obtains the express permission of the Master. Such permission may only be obtained by the slave asking “May I cum Sir?”
The Master may at any time inspect any premises occupied by the slave.
The Master may at any time inspect any digital accounts administered by the slave.
The Master may at any time inspect any part of the slave’s body.
The Master may at any time inspect any objects in the slave’s possession.
The Master may forbid the slave from contacting specific individuals for an indefinite duration.
The Master may forbid the slave from physically interacting with specific individuals for an indefinite duration.
At all times, the slave’s consumption shall be governed by the Master. The slave may not consume any substance without the express consent of the Master.
This section outlines specific requirements that the slave must fulfill at all times.
The slave must always maintain an open posture when in the presence of the Master.
The slave must offer his body freely to the Master, in all ways.
The slave shall maintain a daily fitness regime, to the satisfaction of the Master.
The slave shall clean his body regularly and groom himself to the satisfaction of the Master.
The slave shall maintain his appearance to the satisfaction of the Master.
The Master may, at any time, require the slave to fulfill tasks repeatedly on a daily basis. Fulfilling these tasks must be the slave’s highest priority, unless otherwise specified.
The Master may require the slave to maintain employment.
The Master may require the slave to maintain health insurance and life insurance coverage.
This section contains restrictions on the Master’s actions toward the slave. Unless expressly agreed to by the slave, a violation of this section may constitute an immediate rescission of this contract upon notice by either party.
The Master may not cause any type of permanent mark on the slave’s body.
The Master may not require the slave to suffer a permanent mark on his body.
The Master may not require the slave to suffer a permanent modification to his body.
The following actions shall be prohibited:
Violation of any section of this contract shall be considered a breach. This section contains mandatory remedies for a breach of this contract as well as additional provisions regarding the duration, renewability, and termination of this contract.
If the slave breaches this contract, the Master may discipline him, to the Master’s satisfaction. The Master may employ any method of discipline not expressly prohibited in Sec. 5. Alternatively, the Master may give notice to terminate the contract.
If the Master breaches this contract, the slave may give notice to terminate the contract.
In specified circumstances, either party may give notice to the other to terminate this contract. Upon giving notice, the parties have 7 days to agree to maintain the contract. The parties may modify this contract at that time, to the satisfaction of both parties. Failure of both parties to reach an agreement within that time will result in the immediate termination of the contract.
This contract shall be valid and effective in force for three hundred and sixty five (365) days.
Upon the expiration of this contract, the parties have 14 days to agree to renew the contract. The parties may modify this contract at that time, to the satisfaction of both parties. Failure of both parties to reach an agreement within that time will result in the immediate expiration of this contract.
In witness whereof, the parties hereby execute their mutual agreement in the terms of this contract. This agreement shall be executed and shall be a binding contract between Party A and Party B.
