Finding the right audience for my music

I don't really know what my target audience is that likes my music so I am struggling to find out where to promote myself. I don't get a lot of feedback from fans they normally just like it or not and nowadays its so hard to find communities that will actually give you a chance to be heard as many of them are filled with spam bots and people saying "am I next up??!!". So rant over but I really need to find a community of people that like the sound I am going for with these New Jazz / Underground rap beats that I'm making and rapping on. Hope this reaches likeminded people!
