【KNY】 I just wanted to draw a contrasting concept 😳 Lately, I’ve been listening to Demon Slayer’s soundtrack, and I noticed that the music for Rengoku holding back Akaza and for Tengen’s standoff with Gyutaro share a similar rhythmic structure. It really highlights the sense of urgency and the feeling that a third party is needed to break the deadlock. In both cases, Tanjiro happens to be nearby, about to join the fight. I’m not sure if Go Shiina did this intentionally, but I definitely picked up on that sense of contrast 🙏 And in the Infinity Castle arc, Tanjiro also assists the Hashira in battle — another nice parallel.
