Are you able to sleep the whole night through or do you wake up sometime during the night? Do you find it difficult to fall back asleep? X3

it depends, honestly! 

i can sleep soundly for a while but as a major insomniac even that’s kind of difficult if it’s during the night ... i’m just a paranoid ball of energy, so during the night i like to be awake so i can look out for any potential threats (nonexistent and real), and nap during the day until 1 in the afternoon basically. 

on the off chance that i do get to sleep without an issue, the only reasons why i wake up randomly is either because 

1. someone’s talking in another room and i can hear them / my dream implements it into it, so i become aware of it, and wake up 

2. something startles me in my dream : ex. a nightmare, jump scare, or something that makes me incredibly uncomfortable

3. my dream ends and my body says it’s like a movie, so i need a brief break before the next one begins, and then i fall asleep again to repeat the process with any of the other options becoming a potential “threat” with this round of sleeping

heehee.. but once i get around GETTING to sleep the first time, falling back asleep is little to no issue. it takes around maybe 20 minutes for my brain to catch up to it’s dream state again? 

so yeah! the more you know (about me)!
