I think I saw this rp the first time it was around and nearly applied. Anyway the theme is kind of amazing.  I actually adore everything about it.  The plot is well written, and yet also not too long.  I'm generally not big on superhero plots or anything of this sort, but there's just something about villains that make them really appealing.  I am loving the underused fcs, especially some of the older ones.  The graphics on the boys and girls characters pages have just a little too much going on for my liking but the graphics on the actual bios look great. The text on the bios is a little small to the point where it's nearly difficult to read.  I like bios of this sort, that establish connections and personality traits but still give enough room for the rper to play with the character.  All in all, although there are some little details that could probably be fixed the plot is solid and the characters are swell, so into the rec tag this goes.
