Kill Bill Vol. 1 (2003) directed by Quentin Tarantino.
Don’t do that. Pretend that you don’t know. People see you. They notice. Do you know how lucky you are? I’m a ghost. What’s it feel like? To walk into a room, and it’s like in the middle of winter, you’re the sun.
The Neon Demon (2016)
I'm famished So I'll eat your minerals.
Why can't you just feel the way I do?
i won’t go crazy and i won’t get sad so haunt me
Green Room (2016)
Director: Jeremy Saulnier
Director of Photography: Sean Porter
Aspect Ratio: 2.35:1
I recently sat down and finally watched Jeremy Saulnier’s newest film, “Green Room”. Leading up to the film’s release, I must say that I was not quite sure what to expect. I had always heard about how great his previous effort, Blue Ruin was, but I unfortunately have not seen it. I was truly going into Green Room with no expectations; good or bad.
After seeing it, I must say that it is a good film, however, I did not see it as the masterpiece many are making out to be. What really stood out to me was the film’s color grading and it’s overall palette. Most of every shot in the film has some form of the color green in it, and whatever isn’t is often complemented by either reds or oranges. The film is pleasing to look at even in it’s times of graphic violence.
The acting is good too, but nothing too special; (with the late Anton Yelchin giving a great performance). I do however wish that Patrick Stewart was given more to do, but for what it was, he was fine.
All in all, “Green Room” is a good film; a great example of the modern, tense thriller done right
Don’t hurt me.
I'm not like you, but I'm a lot like you And still you make me bleed confusion right through.
And on heaven’s golden shore we’ll lay our heads.
I’ll come running to tie your shoe.
They can all just kiss off into the air.
What do you do with the pieces of a broken heart?
Eyes wide open, naked as we came.
I wanna drive around with you with the windows down.
