I'm seriously mad after the last episode of OUAT, I have no words to describe how much but since I rewatched the scene I took my own's conclusion:

I don't think the two that were in Regina's palace is Aurora and Phillip, first because I know they are the good guys but I don't think they would put their baby's life in risk. 

Zelena arrived right after they told about the truth to Snow, no doubt of her magic but I don't really think she could be spying and get there in a broom so quickly.

There are people saying that Philora's baby already born and I agree so If I go to visit my friends I will let my baby alone in my empty kingdom? this makes no sense.

I understand that Aurora and Phillip are secondary characters but I don't agree that the writers make up plots like how phillip was rescued and there's no explanation, and now what about the baby? it's too easy to give them a scene in the next season and in this scene they're supposed to be happy but then you know what always happens...

Regina, Belle, Snow and Charming know about sacrifices you need to make and it was totally selfish that they don't even talked about Aurora and Phillip. 

CONCLUSION:

We already know that Zelena turned into Ariel so it's not really difficult to her turning already two monkeys in Aurora and Phillip knowing that they met the crew and helped them when they arrived in the enchanted florest. So what I can see Zelena wants to hurt people around Regina and Snow and Aurora's bond with Snow isn't that strong, they were like a really distant friends. But I don't really know what to expect from the writers I just wish Philora are safe and the baby as well.
