Ok a random thought which I might turn it into a fic, how the abo characters would be if Shen Wenlang didn't exist. Like a world where he didn't exist.

How would Gao Tu's life turn out ? Would he be happy or sad ? Also how would Hua Yong turn out? I don't even give a shit about Shen Yu and Ying Yi, they both didn't deserve Wenlang and the trauma they put him through.

So, I need ideas on how the characters would turn out if there was no Shen Wenlang.

Hua Yong who considers everything and anything that is not related to Sheng Shaoyou a nuisance has a lot of patience for Shen Wenlang's tantrums.

The same goes for Shen Wenlang too, for someone who is always annoyed by everything and anything, he sure indulges Hua Yong's antics a lot.

Not to mention, the amount of tea these two have against each other

Maybe these two should fuck each other and get together, the world would burn but these two crazy obsessed guys will have each other.

I have an angsty fic prompt and this idea came from the hatred that I have for Shen Yu and Ying Yi ( parents of Wenlang) 😁😁😁😁

Contains some novel spoilers

So, in the original timeline Wenlang never got to meet Gao Tu due to Ying yi's and Hua Yong's interference, so after 3 yrs he committed sui*ide.

Ying yi finds the letters which were written by Wenlang expressing his deepest regrets and love for Gao Tu.

Ying Yi regrets whatever he did and also for leaving his son behind for all those years, que next day he and Shen yu time travels to the past.

But the catch was that they lost Wenlang at a very young age.

Ying Yi never got to properly hold Wenlang in any timeline.

No matter how many times Shen Yu and Ying Yi time travels to the past, they are unable to save their son.

In one particular timeline, they never met Wenlang as he wasn't born ( basically their genetic modification experiment failed )

And with time they realise that the only time they ever get to meet the older Wenlang was during the original timeline but they fucked up that timeline and they won't get any other chance to meet their son no matter how hard they try.

No amount of time travel or redemption can ever bring back their son. And they spend the rest of the time on regret.

I want to make it a fun, comedy type of fic with a pinch of mystery but I have no idea 😔.

Someone should write up a fic, where Shen yu and Ying yi are actually good and they actually pamper their only son Shen Wenlang even with their background.

I need to see them acting all lovey dovey, spoiling their son and also lightly disciplining him.

I need to see them worry about their son ( since he was often targeted by their enemies) and also play the biggest cupid for his son as he tries to court Gao Tu.

Wenlang would have been the biggest green flag golden retriever bf for Gao Tu

So dear ao3 divas, pls cook up a huaSheng and langtu fics where hua yong and Wenlang die while protecting their mates and Sheng shaoyou and Gao tu travel to the past, during their school days ( maybe they all studied in the same school)

Where Gao Tu and Sheng Shaoyou form a pact to save their mates from the future attacks.

It would be so iconic.

I wish I wasn't a dumb idiot or else I would have cooked this up.

Some of MY RANDOM HEADCANON which I wanna talk about.

1. Both of Shen Wenlang's parents or at least Ying yi (omega parent) is God father to Hua Yong. Similarly Hua Yong's omega mother was supposed to be the God parent of Wenlang but she died.

2. In the country p , the duo has been very famous since they are always together despite them claiming that they hate it.

3. I like to think that they both saved each other whenever they faced any problems before they started their buisness. Hua Yong saving Wenlang from his alpha father and Wenlang helping hua yong against his half siblings.

4. I also think that Shen Wenlang has some shares of X holdings , further making Hua Yong superior. Just like how Hua yong has some shares of HS group.

5. I also think Wenlang would have been richer than Hua yong had he inherited his alpha father's inheritance along with his omega father's inheritance.

6. After Chang Yu, I think it is Long huo and Cai Hong ( Hua Yong's cousin and half brother from the mother's side) who has the most tea about these two.

7. Both Shen Wenlang and Hua yong know every detail about Sheng Shaoyou and Gao tu because they both talked about it.

8. They are platonic soulmates. They understand each other the best. But they will never accept that.

Again this is just my take which could be wrong. But they both really bestied so hard. I wish I was talented enough to cook up some fic, I have so many random plots but no talent to write

So until the end Shen Wenlang is shown as some dumb alpha with no brainer. They really destroyed his character and he didn't get any closure with Gao Tu.

The show really butchered his character 🤕🤕

As if the novel was any better. Although in the novel they did show some teeny tiny aspect of happy langtu but not in the show.

They both deserved better.

I am happy that Hua Yong and Sheng Shaoyou got their happy ending but even that felt kinda rushed.

Now ao3 is my safe heaven. I hope someone will write up a masterpiece. I have no hopes for any special episode or season 2

A random thought which also includes novel spoilers.

Ok, so after Wenlang goes crazy while trying to find Gao Tu it was Shen Yu (s class alpha father) who asked Hua yong to control Wenlang which means Shen Yu has kept tabs on Wenlang all the time after he left home.

That is why he was aware of what is son was doing.

Also it was Ying yi ( omega father) who helped Gao Tu escape. Which also means that he too kept tabs on his son all the time while he was hiding .

Both the parents kept tabs on their son despite their broken and toxic relationship. And Wenlang was not aware of this.

Maybe I am overthinking this, but I think I need a fic like this. Or maybe more explanation.

Hua Yong and Shen Wenlang bestied so hard.

Both had traumatic childhood.

Both left their home in country p

They both are over the top obsessed for their partners.

Both suffered from mate seeking syndrome.

Both had loved only one person for their whole lives.

Both lost their virginity on the same day at same place at the same time.

Both went for older men ( I know Gao Tu and Wenlang are of same age , but Gao Tu is older than Wenlang by few months so technically he is older than Wenlang )

No one is doing it like them.

Also, no matter whatever the scheme is, both are always involved despite all the complaints.

They are literally worsties and besties at the same time.

Also MY headcanon : why do I feel like both Hua Yong and Shen Wenlang skipped grades since they both are exceptionally good at academics.

I hope someone writes a fic where Shen Wenlang's parents reunite while they try to save their son from some major accident ( unlike the novel) because I feel like it would be iconic.

Both Shen yu and Ying yi are keeping tabs on Shen Wenlang ( who is unaware of this ), and they learn that Shen Wenlang is not safe because of their enemy or something.

It would be so iconic. I know nothing much is there in the novel but one can imagine
