Production Begins

Counter Melody is an animated experience designed for the big screen. A cathartic feel-good story about Terry, who is an avid musician whose instrument of choice is the cello. But after a traumatic recital, terry leves his love of music behind. To accept himself and his past, he must traverse the surreal landscape of his memories, but he must be careful because not all memories are pleasant, and it seems like he might not be alone.

Over the fall semester, our team prepared resources, pitched, and were approved to move forward with production for Bradley University's interactive Midea departments 2026 Fuse. Since receiving approval, we have been hard at work solidifying the script, character, and environment.

Our team is so excited to work cross-disciplined with music/sound, a full team of animators, and game design/game art, all working together to create our experience

Join us on this journey and create art with us; that's right, you can help us. Not with money but with your expertise. We're looking for artworks in as many styles and in as many ratios as possible, featuring important moments in our main character's life.
