ALSO IF YOU GO TO GRILL'D DON'T GET THE LOW CARB BUN IT HAS MORE FAT+CALS THAN THE NORMAL BURGER (I js found out omd, I mean unless ur cutting carbs ig its fine but if u want less cals stick to normal bread or no bread)
