Reclaiming my SLEEVE

My name is Ann (: I am 24 year old who lives around the Metro Detroit area here in Michigan…(: Anyway, I’ve been a plus sized girl…since I could even remember…well at 23 I was sick of TRYING every diet and workout I could think of to lose weight,January of 2012, I choose to go down the path of WLS, I had my surgery 8/20/12, I had the Sleeve done…I don’t regret it at all, I want to welcome everyone in on my journey to a new me (:I decided to go through with the surgery because I honestly think it’s the best thing I could of done for myself, my boyfriend, my future family and most importantly my HEALTH. It’s time to get my life back under control. a reminder: I am not a nutritionist or personal trainer! Any tips or advice I give out are all things that worked for me, but everyone's body is different! Please talk to your doctor before starting your own journey or taking any of my advice!

"5" day pouch test

Tomorrow I am starting, the 5 day pouch test that my dietitian has set up for my surgeons post ops. Unlike the one most of you follow online ours is for 23 + days where we will finish up at WHERE we should be today. Wish me luck! Every day I will be posting the guidelines I am following. So keep attention & on my progress, it will be a little tricky seeing that I know have a 9 month old micro preemie to take care of & plus I am pumping for her! :)

Someone had an eventful day! We tried breastfeeding for the first time & she latched! We can only try once a day for now, and it will increase as she progresses! By the end of the week we should be in a big girl crib!! (: #preemie #preemielove #preemiemommy #micropreemie #sophiarose #happybaby

Little miss is almost 3 weeks old & weighs 1085grams(: which means she weighs 2lbs more then she did at birth 👍🙏
