The day before my heart attack #weightloss

Week 1

I had a heart attack on 1/10/14 at 11:30 pm. My husband called 911 and I was rushed to the hospital. I am only 23 years old! I have children who need me and I can’t leave them now. I am 315 lbs and can’t breathe very well due to my weight. I can’t walk very far without gasping for air. My children are still babies so I have devoted my weight loss to them and my husband.
