INTRO: I’m a 43 year old mum of 2 from the UK who started out with the best intentions for a harmless health kick. Should have known better, but after being recovered for over a decade I’d let my guard down.
I’m bipolar and have had disordered eating in various forms since I was 15. Currently trying to walk the narrow path between being fat and being seriously ill. Some people might not agree with my thinking or approach which is totally fine, just move on and if anything I say is even remotely distressing to you please just block me and forget I exist.

You don’t ask for tips/coaching/toxic stuff or anything else you can use to make yourself worse or ill in the first place. No one needs an ed in their lives, it’s not a route to beauty, popularity, or an easier life. It’s a set of destructive and dangerous illnesses that takes lives.
You understand that if you tell me you’re planning on doing something that will harm you, I’ll try to dissuade you and/or offer harm reduction information. I can’t make you take it, but you won’t stop me giving it. That doesn’t mean we can’t talk about difficult stuff but I try every day to resist my own destructive impulses, don’t expect me to encourage yours.
If you’re a creep hiding behind a fake profile sending unsolicited and inappropriate messages I’ll report you and call you out to protect younger and more vulnerable members of this community from being exposed to you.
I don’t do mean, I don’t do prejudice, I try to understand and not judge. So, be nice, open hearted, and accepting of the beautiful, diverse rainbow of humanity and we’ll get on just fine.
