What activities do you enjoy and do not cause you pain?

I'd say "rotting in bed" but that starts hurting my hips and shoulders eventually, so I guess that shortens the list to zero things.

That sounds like a connective tissue disorder. That would be worth talking to a doctor or physical therapist about. Do you also have any joints that are "double jointed" or able to bend past the point they should? Do you have any extra tight muscles in your back or feet or shoulders? Are your ears soft enough to bend and fold closed without pain? Do headphones sometimes hurt your ears from being too squished after long enough?
