really wanna start packing 弁当 for work! cuz i eat nothing all day until i get home and then i ravage the kitchen and eat like two and a half meals worth of food like an idiot. i dont wanna do that anymore so hopefully by prepping some food the night before for work ill be less hungry when i get home

i often feel very guilty ab not being able to go vegan. most of my diet is vegan, im an ovo vegetarian so the only animal products i eat are eggs i know are ethically sourced. but i cant fully commit to veganism cuz if i do a lot of deficiencies and other physical health issues i have will be made much worse. its a dilemma i feel bad ab a lot :(
