i was js getting into MSM around this time👀 so the names and designs are real “unique..”

It took me an inordinately long time to realize that Aikarus could be depicted as a classic, albeit not entirely canonical, golem, and that they, in principle, echoes them. I don't know why this happened, but I'm certainly pleased with this obvious discovery.

I didn't want to directly appeal to the Jewish mystical tradition, so instead of the standard "emet" (which I pointed above my head), I wrote the Esperanto word "vero" on my forehead. Vero means true, truthful; ero means particle/element. Of course, this doesn't convey the full scope of the myth or the full meaning of the word, but I think the analogy is more or less appropriate and somewhat reflects the ritual of the golem's mortification and resurrection.

She's a Faun (or I guess the correct term is "fauness") and she's specifically a mule deer ! Speedpaint and yap below the cut!!

I'm Dungeon Meshi pilled and I decided to make something close to an OC.

She may not be anatomically correct but she's mine <3

Just a little about her, because of course I thought about how she'd fit into the Touden party...or any party (but especially the Touden Party) She is the team's herbalist/wild medicine practitioner as well as their "alert system", using her ears and nose to alert the party to traps or monsters or basically any danger.

It's probably basic but I wanted to use her species to its full advantage. Plus I chose Mule Deer instead of the more common White Tail Deer because I liked the image of her stotting away from enemies.

Her alignment is Nuetral Good and she's sweet, kind, genuine, kind of gullible but not utterly stupid, empathetic, and soft-hearted.

Possibly wary of humanoids simply because they're wary of her. But if she could, she'd love to figure them out. She didn't really fit in where she grew up (a commune of strictly satyrs) because she was a faun. Which, funny thing, she thought she was one until she never grew horns (which made her probably feel worse). But---eventually she left to pursue her own passions which consist of herbalism, wild medicine, and the all-humanoid encompassing equivalent of anthropology. That's her reason for adventuring and being out near dungeon towns (cause that's where all the races seem to mingle as she's observed). Somehow, after a long while of being on her own (thriving/struggling depending on when you'd ask her) she found herself catching the interest of the Touden siblings and that's all she wrote for now.

ugh. I'm yapping, apologies.

I just really do love her.

She's been stuck in my mind but I've just been unable to process her on paper.

also I was gonna make little notes around her like Laios was making some field notes about her but I got shy...
