WOLFSTAR - academic rivals to lovers

Hello everyone! I'm once again writing another wolfstar fanfiction but with the little detail that the marauders aren't from gryffindor but another's houses. James and Marlene belong to Hufflepuff, Sirius, Peter, Mary and Dorcas are from Slytherin and Lily and Remus are into Ravenclaw. Of course, my big gay mind thought that if Sirius was in Slytherin and Remus in Ravenclaw, they could have been such an academic rivals.

I'll leave here a part from the first chapter (the part I most enjoyed writing tbh). Hopefully, this will be a short story with just a few chapters.

He was incredibly competitive, even when he tried not to be; for some reason, Sirius always wanted to be better than the rest of the people, he wanted to believe that he was. And he adored the idea of being one of the best transfiguration and charms students, even though he might ruin his house’s points given the pranks he pulled. Of course, loving the idea of being outstanding enough came along with adoring being praised. Sometimes, Sirius believed he was born for worship.

He hated the idea that someone might overcome him, even if that student was Remus Lupin and the sixth year prefect for Ravenclaw (he was, in fact, Lily Evan’s best friend). Sirius was not a prefect and Merlin knows he would’ve never been chosen for something like that.

Since he met Remus there was something that… didn’t like about him. Remus was always quiet, he gave mysterious vibes and he was probably one of the most good looking students in Hogwarts. Sirius believed that that made him jealous since he wanted to be the most handsome boy in school, it was no surprise for anyone that he was fascinated by the idea of having every girl trying to get his attention.

Fem!Wolfstar fanfiction

heyy everyone! I recently started writing a fanfic about fem!wolfstar, modern au in ao3.

it's about a girl, Sirena (Sirius) Black who is secretly a lesbian and has all her life planned so her traditional and homophobic family won't bother her. but everything changes when she meets Riley (Remus) Lupin because all Sirena's plans might get affected.

as far as i can say, it's a friends to lovers story, with SO much angst and a bit of romcom. and all the main characters are lesbians :)

i was inspired in Sirena thinking "what would happen if sirius black was so scared that didn't want to be kicked out from his family? what would happen if, to survive, he kept a "secret life" where he only knows who he really is?

the whole story is about this and the internalized homophobia that many people have, even if they're gays/bisexuals/lesbians and struggling with accepting who you are and what do you want.

hello! i don't write often here, but this re-post is because i finally finished and updated this fem!wolfstar fanfiction and there are MANY changes from the beginning.

here's the new summary:

Sirena (Sirius) lives with her family, but she's noticing that she can't live with them since the anxiety and pressure they give her. She has her group of friends: Jamila (James), Marlene, Mary and Emmeline (I didn't add Peter because I don't like him, I'm not sorry); then Lily is included as much as Riley (Remus) when Sirena meets her.

Sirena and Riley start to get involved in each other's life, more than they expected.
