Following instructions you straight up know are Incorrect, because arguing with the person giving the instructions is worse than the consequences of doing the thing wrong, is a warning sign that something's gone really badly

It is a challenge
It's a challenge to get up and about these days. But I am looking for something, maybe anything, creative to do to get my mind away from the horrors of reality for so many people. But recent interactions have reminded me of the wonderful people as well.
Stop Giving Any Politician Money
Everyone I know on the left feels duped by the official US Democratic Party. They constantly fail us as supporters of left leaning ideologies. Yet they beg for money, send centrist propaganda texts, ignore the request to stop, let Pelosi et cal enrich themselves. Stop giving the money. Period.
Honestly, Apple, removing that ICE alert app puts you in a very weird position for still including the Maps app and Waze on the App Store that allow you to effectively do the same thing by reporting the location of police officers. How exactly are you guys justifying that again?
People in positions of political (and economic) power declaring their opposition to "antifa" are actually declaring their support of fascism. If being antifascist is "terrorism", then I guess I'm a terrorist (and if you believe that, you're probably an idiot or a racist, categories that aren't mutually exclusive).
Things pile up over life. And they are hard to get rid of. Each little thing you pick up and bring home. Each little thing you order for some convenience or small idea. It stacks and stacks. Projects you fantasize about and keep the physical things for. If you are on the spectrum or ADHD adjacent, or you have a difficult to impossible time separating your emotions in a moment of time to a physical thing, this stacking is two-fold, or possibly ten-fold. If you have physical or mental health issues (or both) later in life and all these things are around you, it is both a physical burden and an emotional burden. Getting rid of these things is hard. The "moments" we used to live in not only have emotional and memory baggage, but physical literal baggage as well. It is daunting to deal with as we age, and if we have children it is daunting for them if it hasn't been dealt with after we die. I read about Swedish Death Cleaning a while back and I think to simplify my life I sort of inadvertently starting practicing it. It is forcing me to reevaluate my relationship with not only the things, but my emotional attachment to the things. But also to face parts of myself that are uncomfortable to face: failed potential. Pieces of projects. Hopes for projects. Things set aside for "One day I'll make a project of this." that simply... are never going to be those projects because that person doesn't actually exist. It is a hard thing to do to look at one's self and say "You think this is who you are, but it isn't." Things, items, objects in space, are just "things" on one hand, but on the other hand they are very powerful reminders of not only times we want to remember or things we used to do, but also of times we thought we would have and things we thought we would do but which we never lived up to. To discard the thing, the item, the object of potential, is to discard hope for ourself of being a different person with more drive, enthusiasm, intelligence, organizational skills, etc.
I suspect being a teacher probably is the absolute worst job in the country to have right now. To know that the US government is actively dismantling everything you do and love combined with the fact that children are smart enough to see that "education will get you somewhere" isn't true anymore.
How utterly empty of meaning is your life to make Charlie Kirk a hero?
You ever have a thought so good you have to put your phone down and get to a computer with a keyboard so you can really do it justice?
Holy Shit guys… I just figured it out.
