The music is really soothing. It’s my go-to game for when I’m stressed.

Feeling caged by my disabilities.

 My body hurts, my mental health is often tumultuous, and I’m going for surgery in less than a week. I don’t want to be an ok artist or a good artist. I want to be a great artist and I know I have it inside me, I just feel like I’m struggling with my own physical limitations right now. It’s really difficult to work through or around the doubts and the pain. I end up feeling like I’m just not strong enough to make it. But I also feel like I’m screaming inside and if I could just claw my way far enough I might be able to prove what I can do. I want to tear myself apart and rip away my afflictions so I can move on and do what I want to do instead of being held down by them all the time.

I finally made a Pandaren Monk because I’ve never tried the monk class and didn’t have a pandaren yet. I’m really in love with the class now! It functions so smoothly! I’m super impressed with the animations for each attack. Well done, Blizzard!

Also, I’ve been playing WoW a lot more. The newest expansion, Legion, is just amazing. It’s totally brought the game back to life for me. It’s the first time I’ve felt invested enough in just the gameplay alone to just keep doing quests. Usually I come to WoW for the roleplay. For once I find myself staying for the gameplay and I couldn’t be happier.
