I need to stop relying on friends when I’m depressed. It’s normal they are busy sometimes and I shouldn’t take it personally, but my ocd brain and anxiety goes straight to “they’re bored with you” or “they’re annoyed by you” and then I feel like I need to interact to prove that everything’s ok and it’s too stressful and then it makes me feel like friend-having is too much to be worth it but then where would I be without friends but then I need to rely on friends less.
