Max Goof met Bradley Uppercrust when he was eighteen years old, a mere freshman in college. Their relationship ended off rough to say the least, all thanks to the X-Games. Three years later, Max is in shambles. He’s now an aimless senior in college, heartbroken over losing loved ones, and struggling to uphold his duties as a vigilante—because of course a radioactive spider decides he’s the best guy to bite. For one night, all he asks is to avoid what the role of Spider-Man entails. He receives his answer by stumbling upon a gay bar. Max Goof meets Bradley Uppercrust again at twenty-one. Though he expected the previous hostility to linger, he’s mildly surprised to find out it hasn’t. There’s still tension, don’t get him wrong, it just might instead be—wait, is this… romantic tension?
