Pleasantview Facelift - Part III

This third part is the uninhabited residential lots, plus my additions.
EDIT: SuperDuperHug Bug was present on Don Lothario's Lot, the Caliente Lot, and the Gym. They have now all been fixed and re-uploaded.

This second part is the Community lots, plus my additions. I have a "walking path" extending along the back of some of the lots, plus two 1 tile wide lots between the maxis shop lots and my restaurant and bowling alley. This is for aesthetic purposes, to give the community lot district the appearance of walkability.

Pleasantview Facelift - Part I
I don't typically play pre-mades, but I recently decided that starting an Uberhood sounded fun. While looking through the pre-existing lots, I saw that Maxis made some interesting decisions... I opted to revamp all of the lots in Pleasantview, and I figured that I'd share them.
I wanted all of these to be CC free, so that they would be accessible to the most players; However, I am playing with the Ultimate Collection, and some of these lots do utilize items from the Ikea pack. As far as what I changed: I wanted to make tweaks to odd layouts and dated finishes, to expand the town beyond just the base game items that were available at the time, and to add a cohesive feel to the community lots; but I admit, some modifications were purely personal preference (i.e. I replaced all of the Palm trees with Pine trees, because I envision Pleasantview as more of a temperate climate, rather than subtropical). I also resized a couple of the condo lots, and added some additional community and residential lots. I will be uploading them in parts, with this first part being the Homes of the Pre-Built Families. Sims 2 Build + Buy Mode Hiders
Re-doing my downloads folder and decided to utilize Hat_Plays_sims hiders For some of the stuff in the game that I never use/couldn't find default replacements for. HOWEVER; there are a couple of items that I wanted to hide that weren't covered. SO, I did them myself and wanted to share them with you. If I come across any more items I want to hide that aren't covered by Hat, I will add them here.
Finding that stupid snowman file was a pain. You would think that Holiday Stuff, being the first stuff pack, would be SP1 but nooooo...
UPDATE 02/08/25: Added hiders for two Holiday Stuff build mode items: "Icy Chill Holiday Window" and "Valuewood Lumber's Justa Holiday Door". Hat has hiders for these, but they don't appear to work.

I Franken-Smashed two files together: The original default by Rudhira and the Pooklet retextures by Rented_Space. I then made Ombre recolors for the Mirror hairs using some of Pooklet’s Unnaturals.
Natural Colors: Dynamite, Depth Charge, Molotov, Volatile (Elders go grey: Mail Bomb) Mirror Hairs: Bella = Primer + Time Bomb, Freaked = Dynamite + TNT + Flammable + C4, Streaked = Detonator + Cesium
