Lore suggests that the wealth/influence of the Gilman, Crumplebottom, Bachelor, and Goth families increases considerably under Mortimer and Bella Goth, especially the latter. So, this series imagines what a prestigious Bella-based brand might look like…” My game takes place in a (retro/afro) futurist age, in which the #co2bellabrand is part of a family megacorporation. A brief break from making CC gave me time to get in-game and do some building – here is the flagship Bella Brand Store. This 6-floor landmark is in the heart of the shopping district along Belladonna Cove. #co2lots #ts2builds #ts2lots DETAILS STREETSCAPING/EXTERIOR The lot sits on a 2-step foundation and uses my Streetscaping 001 (Simmons, 2024) set. There are two main entrances and a gallery entrance directly off the street. The exterior of the gallery is decorated with large ads and product displays.

FIRST FLOOR The first-floor features signature/seasonal displays from Body By Bella, Bella’s Beauties-Secret Garden, and more. Salon customers can shop or have a seat while waiting for an appointment.

SECOND FLOOR Bella Park (casual and sporty) and some nice vertical views. Sims can take the stairs or elevator between floors.

THIRD FLOOR Bella’s Secret (intimates), Bella Goth Jewelry & Collectibles, and a Boby By Bella (summer line)/Bella’s Beauties pop-up shop.

The first floor, you can find an small interior swimming pool and a gym.

on the next 5 floor there is only one apartment per floor and they have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

and there is a penthouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Steef’s Diner and Simis Office, Co.

“Have you ever felt hungry maybe? Wanted to hangout with your gearheaded buddies at the diner? Or are you just looking for a job at the office? Well, come to this small little building.” (note: not in-game lot description.)

This is a lot for the sims 2. It has a diner at the bottom floor and an office on the second. This lot features a diner with gear-head esque furnishings, and a plain ordinary office. This lot may require Argon LS Build Conversion at More Awesome Than You.

Here are some pictures, and info on the lot.

This is the Office area. It has 5 “cubicles”, an kitchenette with a coffeemaker, minifridge, and table with 2 seats, a break area with a console, bookshelf, and a TV, and a grey desk which is oriented for the boss. It should fullfill all their needs, and since this is an office area, employees’ social needs will fill quite quickly since employees will autonomously start chatting with each other. Although i suggest you layoff/fire the grouchy ones when they start causing trouble, grouchy sims are more likely to autonomously perform negative social interactions.

This is the diner area. It has, well, a diner, which can seat a couple of sims, all the NL restaurant essentialls, and a little bit of deco. There is a sellafone gadget kiosk aswell. The office is here to help with the expenses of running a restaurant as well as some easy cash.

This lot is quite small but its still a bit expensive, though.

Heres a notable picture: sims working in the office and using Monique’s Hacked Computer to write articles on a snowy day in Riverblossom Hills. The red shirt guy is the owner of the lot. The guy playing on the console isnt an employee so i used moveobjects to place him outside of the lot.
