Update (Nov 17): The garden rocks at the edge of the pathway are no longer included in the download. It came to my attention that sims can't walk over them and therefore can't access the bushes, orchard tree & compost bin

Update (Dec 22): I somehow forgot that the column fencing existed, which fits way better as a porch railing. The file has been updated to include that fence instead

Actually it's an older build, which I tried to salvage cause I like the interior so much. Even now looking at the screenshots I feel like I could decorate it more to add to that historic atmosphere. That being said, since I wanted to keep the interior, the shell is still rather nonsensical xD no fr cause like

wtf is that supposed to be xDDD. Also the way the café is connected to the main building, yea I went a bit wild there xD. I love this lot just like I'm confused about it as well. Welp, I'm done picking on it so it's time to upload I guess ¯_(ツ)_/¯ xD

Btw feel free to delete the ceiling planks, they look cool for a pic but gameplay-wise I found them kind of annoying.

Also, there's this thing in the men's restroom...

🏞️ 300 Followers Gift : The seaside village Neighborhood🍃

🏰 To celebrate this properly, I offer you a fully decorated village, filled with CC-free Maxis lots. I didn't touch the houses, they are as the Maxis creator made them. This is just to fill in the blanks and give you a guide to follow for those who don't know where to start.

🏘️ This district is made up of several parts : a section for witches and fairies, a main section with houses, two large mansion areas🪶

🧜‍♀️ And finally, a remote island to set up a mermaid lagoon and create pirate stories. I originally used it to give a back-story to Captain Khrane - the ghost that haunts the pirate wreck 🏴‍☠️

🏗️ I know, it's not very well done, but it's quite a good place to start when you don't want something too complicated, to decorated, or you don't know how to hundle neighborhood decos.
