since season 3 is just around the corner, here’s my jack abbot wishlist:
wife lore
leg lore
return of the tummy
mention of how his disability / unique experiences as a patient inform his skills as a doctor
more depression
big fat sloppy wet kiss on robby mouth
cant stop thinking about medical students Jack and Robby being gay
“we shouldn’t be doing this”
Robby: this TEMS shit has me worried you’re passively suicidal and wtf do you mean you got shot at
Also Robby: uniform 🥵
Noah Wyle as Dr. John Carter in ER (1994-2009)
Promise I'll draw something other than Rabbot kissing...eventually...maybe
How not to keep it strictly professional in the teaching hospital
if you need something I'll be on ao3
Robby & Abbot in THE PITT season 2
they’ve been… friends… for a while
and i’m meant to believe they’re not husbands…
they know one another biblically.
watched the pitt recently and i really like it :)) have some gay old men
i wonder if they ever explored each other's bodies
THE PITT S02E13
i love the pitt!
i loved season one and i love season two and i cannot wait to see what season three brings!
i love the writers and the production who work tirelessly in the background creating complex storylines which portray an accurate representation of healthcare workers who work in an environment which hurts them physically emotionally and mentally!
i love the rich and diverse cast of many backgrounds coming into this show and giving us these beautiful complicated characters who feel deeply human and relatable to us as they portray the real difficulties of being human and needing empathy and understanding in times of chaos and crisis and that no one gets it right first time round and there are no heroes or villains, just people and a healthcare system which hurts them!
is it perfect? no. is it without its flaws? nope. is it on a pedestal far too high now which means that people's expectations will never be met and they'll nitpick every single thing? yes. but that comes with fantastic television unfortunately and regardless i'm honoured to be alive to witness this unique and delicious type of storytelling.
