First Ever Cord Cutting!!!!

I’m doing my first cord cutting today, to help a friend get over some bad heartbreak. It’s still going on, so I’ll keep this updated. But for now, here’s how I did it: My friend’s candle (For self love): -Rose petals for love -Cinnamon to speed things up and for self love -Pink salt for protection and self love

The person she needed to release’s candle (Banishment): -Black pepper for protection from negativity -Mixed peppercorns to ward and protect against negativity -Garden sage for cleansing -Garlic powder to banish I oiled the candles with some olive oil and carved my friend’s/the person’s name into it. Don’t forget to tie them with a white or black string or twine. And that’s how I cut cords!

Energy/Cord Cutting Spell.

Visualize energetic cords that connect from you to the person/situation you wish to gain release from. I focus on sending any energy I identify as not belonging to me, back from whence it came, and pulling all energy that belonged to me back into my heart. Then, focus on the cords, and say: “We were connected, but I have to let go. I release you into the Universe. Our purpose has been served, and I use this experience to grow.
