oh yeah, speaking of drawing people in places, I was trying to fill a sketchbook a while ago at the same time as I was trying to get the hang of using this great pen my wife got me for my 30th birthday, so I drew a bunch of people in this one café in town.

a three-zine collection of comics:

Jupiter & the Moon (2019) - revised edition, 24pp

Venus in Capricorn (2022) - 48pp

Kingdom of Uranus (2024) - 72pp

this collection features hand-stamped edges, vellum inserts, a spot gloss, and a printed vellum obi to hold them all together. the title comes from Oliver Ristau's very kind TCJ review of Jupiter in 2019, and the print collection was made possible by Wendy Xu's "Make Weird Stuff" grant in 2022. I'm really happy with how it all came together.
