Hellyn walks past and almost does a doubletake. "Oh hey! Another Wyverian huntress. Don't see many of us around." She gives a bow and smiles. "Name's Hellyn. It's a pleasure to meet you." (Snake-charming-huntress)
Hildewilde smiled and waved “Hey, right? I was beginning to think I was the only one. Good to see you.” she bowed in return “Call me Hildewilde or just Hilde for short if you like.”
“Did you just get to town? I can show you around if you want.” Hellyn shifts the basket of fruit she was carrying to her side. She just got done shopping, but that was no reason not to help out a new friend.
“I’ve been around, but i’ve been sent on hunt after hunt so i’ve not really had chance to just breathe... a reminder of where everything is would be nice.” She adjusted the hunting horn on her back so it was not pulling so heavily on her shoulder.
Hellyn nods and leads the way to the lift leading to the market. The mechanisms whirring to life as the lever was pulled. “So out of curiosity, what rank are you? That hunting horn looks like it packs a punch.” If she was in Astera, she had to be good.Â
“Master rank. I just got to the guiding lands.” she followed Hellyn onto the lift. “Though the weapon is due a trade in for something stronger, I like using it for the weaker beasts like Great Jagras.” she explained further.
“Oh wow, that’s amazing.” Hellyn felt like she met a super star. “I’m still hovering around rank 3. The guild has mostly been hiring me for my medical training. Probably because I don’t like actually killing monsters.” She shifted slightly, slightly embarrassed about that fact.
The lift shuddered to a stop and before them stood the Asterian Market place. Stalls of every kind catering to both hunters and the researchers stood trying to sell their wares. Hellyn showed off her favorite venders that had the best produce and snacks.
