My safe foods are usually
cucumber
celery
sliced apples with cinnamon on them
Miso broth
Tomato (chop it up put in the microwave for a minute then chop until its a paste)
Blueberries
5 kcal jelly no sugar
Baked naked noodles
So good, low calorie and fills me up for a while
