i want to change how inactive ive been on here for the past while now because the majority of people ive met have been really kind and fun and i really value that and i dont want to lose it because of my own issues. part of this is i have social anxiety and a terrible social battery, (genuinely im sorry if ive ever left you on read.) its also because for years now ive had a irrational fear of being tracked and this has made me very very private to a detrimental degree. im trying to get better at the first two and i really dont know what to do about the latter but its recently just stopped being as bad. i feel like this account really reflects this fear in a lot of ways and i want to move past it and act like a real person instead of the bare bones idea of a guy. its ok if you dgaf but if you want just dm me and whenever my neocities and tumbly is put together ill send you them

in light of police across the country cracking down on pro palestine protests with brutal force, it feels like a great time to remind everyone to shut the fuck up around cops. don't make small talk, dont act friendly, don't fucking engage with them!! if you are arrested DO NOT speak without a lawyer present. protest organizers, get into contact with local pro bono lawyers who can be there for your arrested comrades. no matter what, if cops are there, shut the fuck up unless you are actively doing a protest chant. dont tell cops why you were there, dont tell them if you're affiliated with the school you may be protesting at, dont tell them if you came there with anyone, dont tell them anything!!!

It's not even a situation where humans cut them all down, they just only live right there. This is probably the result of a glacier: the species used to be more common, but almost the entire range was wiped out during the ice age and only the southernmost ones survived. They're very rare in the wild today and threatened by disease but you can buy them for yourself pretty cheap (USA endangered plant law is weird). There's also a rogue effort to introduce them back into other places in Eastern USA. It's a fun read on Wikipedia if you're interested in some Major Plant Drama.
