oh my god i just remembered the first time i had a pot brownie

my friend gave it to me and i was like “lol okay sure” thinking it wouldn’t actually do much

WRONG

i went home high out of my mind trying SO hard not to get caught

like walking all slow and saying “hello mother :)” like a robot

i thought i was being super normal but i was definitely blinking like once every 30 seconds

teenagers really think they’re sneaky when they’re just… weird. i 100% thought i was pulling off a performance and my mum probably just thought i was possessed

anyway. we all experiment. it’s fine. but that was the longest evening of my life lmao

today was so weird for no reason. like nothing bad happened but everything felt wrong?? i woke up late, missed breakfast, got to school and instantly regretted being conscious. like why do mondays even exist.

had this one class where the teacher talked for literally the entire hour and i swear my soul left my body around minute 27. i caught myself doodling on my hand with a pen and didn’t even remember starting. also i’m 90% sure someone in my group project hates me but idk maybe that’s just the anxiety talking. love that for me.

after school i sat in the parking lot for like 15 minutes with my music on just... existing. not in a deep way, i just didn’t wanna go home yet. yk that feeling when you're just Not Ready to interact with the rest of life? yeah.

also i’ve been thinking way too much lately. like about how weird it is that one day we’re all just gonna look back at this mess and probably laugh. or cringe. or block it out entirely. like idk, it’s so strange being in the middle of what’s “supposed to be the best years” and feeling like you're lowkey losing your mind 75% of the time.

anyway. this post has no real point. Anyways hope whoever reads this is doing okay.

like no i’m actually not having it today

i was out earlier and started getting really overstimulated — too many people, too much noise, everything just felt too much

so i put my headphones on and was flapping my hands a bit to calm down, just trying to regulate myself and not spiral

and this old lady straight up glared at me like i was doing something wrong?? like ma’am i am literally just trying to exist without melting down in public

people really don’t understand how hard it is to self-regulate sometimes. like i’m doing my best and you’re mad i’m not standing still and silent for your comfort??

anyway. today sucked. that’s all.

like i had plans. i had energy. i had snacks. and now i’m sitting here staring at my wall like it personally betrayed me

today was just one of those days where everything felt slightly off

like nothing bad happened exactly, but also nothing felt right??

i kept zoning out in conversations, forgot what i was doing mid-task like 4 different times, and somehow managed to trip over literally nothing twice

also my hoodie string got caught in a door and i almost died (not literally) just being dramatic.

anyway. i’m tired. i’m eating noodles and watching minecraft videos now. we recover.

hung out with my friend elliot today. we were just gonna grab snacks but ended up messing around for like 3 hours lol

we found one of those claw machines and spent way too long trying to win this tiny duck plush. i actually got it somehow and now his name is steve and he lives in my backpack

we also started rating random candle scents in the store (why did one of them smell like wet basement??)

and then ended up in the parking lot doing dinosaur impressions for no reason at all

also elliot tried to jump off a curb dramatically and totally wiped out. i laughed so hard i almost dropped my drink

teen friendship is literally just walking around doing dumb stuff and it somehow being the best part of your week

why does sonic the hedgehog have such main character energy like yes king run dramatically and talk about friendship while committing casual property damage

also why does his whole vibe scream “i listened to nightcore in 2018 it was wild”
