✧ choose something healthy / low cal high volume (fruit, veg, air popped popcorn, egg whites, etc)
✧ drink lots of water before, during, and after
✧ take small bites and chew thoroughly
✧ eat without distractions (including tv!)
✧ really focus on how the food tastes and feels, taking your time
you chose this as your main activity to do, so at least be mindful! taking your time and paying attention to pacing really helps you understand how much you’re consuming. this helps you eat less, feel fuller faster, and prevent that binge.
