make a list of the main things that you care about. This could be hobbies, people, exercising, or et cetera. I feel like just writing down this list helps you feel recentered as well as know what to focus your time on. For me it makes me feel not like there’s a million things to be doing, just a few select things that I am passionate about. Go after these things that make you happy. Do what makes you happy a little bit every day.
