Are there people who don’t struggle with insecurities related to appearance? I cannot imagine living in any body for a whole life and not finding even a part of it that is, at least to me, unappealing.

Recently my sister just looked at me and said “I think you have body dysmorphia.” No shit, man, have you seen me? Have you seen how dissatisfied I am with the course of my life, and how annoyed and ashamed my body makes me? It’s not some huge secret I’ve been guarding, the signs have been present since I put on all this weight.
