my current interests include:

the beatles (obviously their music but also just them in general)

the dick van dyke show (how can I find the one other person on this site who likes this show 😞)

anything and everything 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s!! (I'm just barely acquiring more knowledge so if anyone has cool facts/media recs/anything really, let me know woohoo!!!)

thinking about, talking about, and drawing my ocs!!!

louis l'amour's western novels!!! particularly the short story collections :D

the lives of the Saints/the process of canonization (does this make sense? also big on Saint Thérèse of Lisieux; she's going to be my confirmation saint!!)

red dead redemption 1 & 2 (never played 2, I started 1 on mobile now that it's out but haven't had time to play it; I just know a lot since I've watched way too many timeline/summary videos so i could chat with my cousin about it :D)

ok so I found this book at a book thrift shop. I got it and read it because it’s apparently an American classic, and it took place during WW2, so I was like, “yeah yknow what I’ll read that.” So I did. And it was a really good book, I actually enjoyed it. So, here’s how I envisioned some of the characters of A Separate Peace while reading!

Someone please introduce Gene Forrester to Jesus, I think he would greatly improve from it. And therapy.

You made me curious about Saint Thérèse of Lisieux, though, I like saints a looot and I pray to Saint Anthony of Padua but I want to know more about 'em. Also, if you've already confirmated, how was it? I'm confirmating in a few months, and I like hearing other people's stories.

( ^▽^) and alsoooo yayy fellow catholic!!! :D AND Saint Thérèse is awesome and I am glad that you are curious about her, I haven't finished reading The Story of a Soul yet but I hope to soon!! I feel like that's starting the best starting point to learn more about her (I personally first learned about her through the Society of the Little Flower's website, it has a lot of info on her and her life, plus quotes and things too!! also I'm glad you brought Saint Anthony up, I literally asked for his intercession in finding something just yesterday haha, and becuase his feast day is coming up!! (June 13th)

as for my confirmation, I was soooo nervous because I made a few mistakes during our rehearsal... (ToT) thankfully on the actual day of my confirmation mass everything went smoothly!! it truly was one of the best days of my life :D

As we watched the movie I was taking notes of some scenes I thought were funny/quotes/general thoughts (something I like to do often :D) but since I was watching it with my siblings, I couldn't pause it as usual so I would just type reallyyyy fast so I wouldn't miss anything important
