Sometimes I forget to thank the people who make my life so happy in countless ways. I forget to tell them how much I truly appreciate them for being such an important part of my life. So thank you, all of you, for simply being here for me..

Some men talk about love. The good ones show it ~ quietly, consistently, often without an audience.

It's in the small moment before you even notice you needed it: a hand smoothing back a stray piece of hair, fingers gentle at your temple, a pause in his day just to fix what the wind undid. No grand speech. No performance. Just presence.

That's the beauty of real intention ~ it doesn't announce itself. It shows up in the tiny repairs. The tucked-in blanket. The coffee made before you're awake. The hair fixed without being asked. It says, I see you, I notice, I'm here ~ and it says it every single day, not just on the days it's convenient.

Words are easy ~ anyone can say the right thing once. But a man who chooses you in his actions, over and over, in the unremarkable moments no one is watching... that's the rarest kind of love there is. Not loud. Not performative. Just steady.

That's the beauty of it... that's the proof.
