There's a lot of pseudoscience around health and nutrition, and a lot of people doing an appeal to an imagined past that was Better and Healthier and More Pure.

That said, it's fucking WILD to see someone do the "Um actually, the original version of this thing from back in the day was better and healthier and had more nutrients" thing when it's a) from 1992 and b) no it wasn't. I was there.
