even tho there is a pretty established fanon look of dess i feel like i still need to say smt about this. i think genetically dess would look similiar to carol and given what a helicopter parent she is (and most likely was even before dess went missing) dess would dislike that about their looks and try to look alternative just out of spite, but ig thats not too far from canon anyways also i think they would have a slim and fragile figure cuz theyre...a deer....and were young before going missing too....... and theyd secretly hate that abt themselves too cuz idk they would like to look tough and "cool" but this fragile prey deer appearing would ruin their whole vibe reminding them of their roots and family and who they are. i dunno.

DELTARUNE CHAPTER 5 SPOILERS

so i just finished deltarune chapter 5 with my friend and i lowkey hated it its so boring and nothing meaningful happened at all, they created the problem with the flowers out of nowhere and solved it on spot without moving the actual plotline forward at all. we didnt get any info or at least hints about who the knight is, we didn't get any character development (except for suselle ofc which was generally my favorite part of the chapter) for the others, no carol, no asriel, no gaster or smt, no papyrus, no mettaton, straight up nothing the flower guys aren't related to the main plot in the slightest, me and my friend thought that MAYBE flowery was somehow related to asriel but in the end he just??? died??? and nothing meaningful happened??????? huh?????? while i get that its important that we got more asgore content and got an explanation abt their family situation it still felt so empty. and i also hate this flowery guy because that's a cheap tenna wannabe, u can clearly see that toby fox was trying to make another sexy man with it or queerbait ppl with the forced yaoi between him and asgore 💔 the weird route generally felt more interesting than the normal one because it gave you more emotions and it felt actually meaningful to noelle's character, to dess, and even if it was much shorther than the normal route imo it was somehow still better even with all the content the normal route had. idk its the most disappointing chapter to me, ppl had so many expectations but in the end the chapter didn't answer a single question and somehow didnt even make any new ones. it all felt like a fever dream cuz who are all these people and why am i supposed to gaf about them sorry
