I actually heard that blue Buffalo is actually very bad for your pets! My sister in law raises dogs and she has bought some dogs that were solely being fed blue Buffalo and the dogs she bought had all sorts of health problems! The smallest effect that she has seen was really bad tarter build up on their teeth! Like a thick black towards the gums, and the teeth were chipping and looked like it was covered in tar!

I levelled up in Habitica! I’m so happy I found this website. Getting experience points for doing tasks like washing the dishes or waking up early is so much fun. And also motivating as hell. 

If you’re struggling to find the right way to track your habits or journal, I recommend giving it a try.

You can join parties where you motivate each other to do tasks. There are also challenges (like reading, walking or even duolingo challenges!) where you can earn gems if you complete them, and you can buy all sort of cool stuff like armors, pets and mounts. You can also do quests with your party. And if you do your daily tasks you’ll defeat monsters. But if you don’t do your tasks you’ll lose health and die, so it’s really motivating to keep doing your them.

Like I said, so much fun! It is free and there is also an android and ios app that you can use.

I recently found my “gold” hammer after misplacing it. It’s my favorite tool ever because it looks like a regular hammer trying to be fancy,

but then you twist both halves and unscrew it to find a flat-head screwdriver in the middle.

How To Feel Better More Okay.

1.) take a nap; sleep is good for the soul, and it’s a way better idea than doing something destructive. 2.) make some tea, or coffee, or whatever your favorite is today. 3.) go see a friend, even if you don’t feel like it… we are so lucky to have people in our lives that care. 4.) have a one person dance party. 5.) go through your closet. try on different outfits. (optional: take a ridiculous amount of selfies.) 6.) going off of the last point: dress up. feel cute. be extra. 7.) watch your favorite old movies. 8.) take yourself out on a date. 9.) let’s be real here; let yourself cry it out. 10.) accept that even though you may not be 100% okay right now, you believe in yourself enough to work towards it. be proud of yourself for feeling.

The character is put in a situation that requires them to suppress their trait (A hotheaded character needs to have polite discourse with someone they hate)
