i saw a post recently saying that regression is 100% SFW
regression is safe, and completely non sexual, but i wanted to add something on because i know i’m not the only one. some regressors struggle with side effects from trauma, side effects that may be intrusive thoughts, not sfw thoughts, and maybe just icky feelings inside. i struggle with feelings like those and it can be very unwanted when i’m regressed because it makes me upset and feel sick.
regression is 100% non-sexual
but
sometimes regressors have intrusive thoughts that they cannot control, and that’s okay, you are still valid, still pure, and you are still a regressor, you have not done anything wrong.
