Since I've redone my page i figured i should redo my pinned post (sorry for those who followed me when i was a more provocative blog). This is my 7th blog, i currently live with(my partners) @thehandthatleads02 and @thehandthatfollows and im happy to answer any questions about that. I’m teaching you “Play Dead.”

The first thing we’ll start training is your breathing. Slow, steady, even breaths. In, and out, pausing for a few moments between each just like you were sleeping. Have you heard of Hunting/Haunting Adeline? Zade is supposed to be a villain but for some reason female readers like him, myself included. Anywho, it sucks you need TENS. I tried it last winter and it made things a WHOLE lot worse. I think I set it too high (felt like a torture). Maybe try a hot bath (if you can stand it) or a bit of stretching/yoga? Could it also be psychosomatic? I get that a lot when I'm stressed. I hope you feel better soon. Keep hydrated all the time.
