friendly reminder that eating disorders can affect anyone, regardless of body size, type, etc. and they can resurface at anytime. i go through extended periods of time where i have a healthy relationship w food, and then i’ll relapse completely. healing is not linear. however, it’s important to recognize patterns and document them so as to prevent relapsing or at least prepare for the highs and lows that these disorders bring. ur eating disorder does not define u, ur body does not define u, ur weight/measurements do not define u. i know firsthand how hard it is to tell urself these things, but it’s crucial. all bodies are good bodies. stay healthy, stay happy, and stay here.
